RESOUL DAYMAKERS
We strive on the concept of each employee as a Daymaker: a person who performs intentional acts of kindness with the intention of making the world a better place. We’re a small, intimate close knit team and we’re seeking to recruit the right candidate that can add to the dynamics of who we currently are as Team Resoul. We prefer at least 1+ year experience in a spa setting. Aveda trained is a plus! DESIRED TECHNICIAN SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
– Massage Therapy License / Nail-Cosmetology License
– 1-2 years’ experience working in a Spa setting
– Experience in Aveda product knowledge would be a plus
– Training will be provided about Aveda products and services
– Has strong professional presentation, technical ability and relationship building
– Actively participates in advance training or ongoing education
– Experience in administrative or operational and computer skills

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our Creator of First Impressions, you will be the face of our spa, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they walk through our doors. This multifaceted role includes:

– Guest Interactions: Providing exceptional service and building meaningful connections with our guests.
– Scheduling: Managing appointments efficiently to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
– Front and Back of House Operations: Balancing administrative tasks with hands-on responsibilities to keep our spa running smoothly.
– Social Media and Marketing: Assisting with our online presence and promotional activities.
– Aveda Education and Retail Training: Gaining expertise in our product lines to offer informed recommendations.
–  Software and Halotherapy Education: Learning our systems and therapeutic offerings to enhance guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:
– Independence and motivation to excel in a busy, guest-focused environment.
– Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
– An associate’s degree and experience in guest relations are preferred.
